The Idea
With only a limited set of existing assets from Small Fry’s Travels, the idea was to bring Small Fry to life - leaning into Jeff’s unmistakably theatrical personality.
I developed a narrative that followed Small Fry’s journey, building intrigue and character before Jeff steps in to introduce the auction himself. Working closely with a motion designer, Small Fry was brought to life and given a world of his own, turning a small amount of material into a fully realised story.

Over the past year, Jeff has been travelling with a very special Lego companion, whom he affectionately calls Small Fry. He’s joined Jeff on photoshoots, filming days, hotel adventures and more!
Small Fry was originally discovered @the_toy_project, a wonderful UK charity that supports children through recycled toys and creative play.
And now you have the chance to take him home… while supporting a brilliant cause.
